I know this has been a black hole for months now but I am back and I will bring this back up to speed in the days and weeks to come.
My life has been complicated, interesting, and certainly never boring these past few months. My personal issues are still not resolved and will probably remain so for a while yet. As part of my re-evaluation of life, the universe, and everything I recently returned home to Scotland for a couple weeks to clear my head. It was an amazing trip! If I could have I would have just set up housekeeping and never returned, but that thought was just not practical. I will upload some photos for you soon.
On the work front the guy I wanted to be my new boss only got 1/3 of the votes cast so I get to keep the Hut-Hut Hierarchy for another four years.....Yeah! Yippee! (read with LOTS of sarcasm). I'd rather get a root canal without Novocaine than work with these scunners, but again, not a practical thought at this point. I will suck it up, do my job the best I can, and pray that we hit a worm hole or other leap in the time continuum and wake up in 2012 ready for a new administration.
Social life - Don't have one.
Education - stalled
Health - Oy! Could I fill a community center with the issues I've been dealing with this year! But this is neither the time nor the place for such kvetching.
I'm not sure what direction this blog is going to take in the days to come, but i will try hard to at least make it interesting.
As for now - I am back and ready to blog.
